Online Topics Modules
This registration option is for the FULL series of eight (8) POLST Topics Modules. It is not for the FULL Certificate Program.
The modules cover key components of the POLST process, purpose, form, validity, content, signatures, and legal requirements. All the modules were offered live to start, but are now available for on-demand access. Each module is 30 minutes, including didactic content and a real-world case study by a POLST expert. An additional 15-minute Q&A was included in the live presentation and summarized in a handout for the on-demand versions. 4 CEs/CMEs are available for the series. Click here for complete information about continuing education offerings.
If you do not wish to sign up for the full set of modules, you can click on each individual module to go to the registration for that module only. There are no CEs/CMEs available for the individual modules. You must complete the full series in order to qualify for CEs/CMEs.
