CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration substitutions are allowed and encouraged. If you must cancel your registration, send written cancellation requests via email to [email protected]. 

Cancellations received before March 1, 2023 are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Cancellations received on or after March 1, but prior to April 12, 2023, are subject to a $100 administrative fee.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received on or after April 12, 2023.

Hotel cancellation is the responsibility of the registrant and must be done no less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
