CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration substitutions are allowed and encouraged. If you must cancel your registration, send written cancellation requests via email to [email protected].
Cancellations received before February 15, 2024 are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations received on or after February 16, but prior to March 1, 2024, are subject to a $100 administrative fee.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received on or after March 2, 2024.
Hotel cancellation is the responsibility of the registrant and must be done no less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
