Emerging Stronger: Creating a New Normal

As we emerge from COVID, it’s important that we come together to reimage health care and the serious illness movement. The Annual Summit is a time to envision a “new normal” for palliative care.

We purposely structure the Annual Summit not as a “conference” where like-minded people attend educational sessions, but rather as an interactive dialogue among a diverse group of clinicians, payers, patients, policy leaders and researchers who come together to collaborate as equals, share ideas, and work together to take the serious illness movement to the next level.

Much like palliative care, this Summit is structured so that in-depth research and education on clinical best practices is valued just as much as the opportunity to connect with fellow attendees through interactive roundtable discussions.

This collaborative philosophy is what makes our Summit so unique—you are a key reason the rest of the country looks to California to lead the movement.
